Earlier we ran an article about the Little Bears taking on the Wrestling State Tournament, and we briefly mentioned the that the Young Ladies were awarded several medals, but let’s take a moment to recognize all of this wonderfully talented young ladies who have put in work this season to be able to achieve some BIG GOALS!

When speaking to/about these young ladies Amanda Coigny says “Today at state they said they had the MOST GIRLS wrestling then they ever have before, and you ladies are apart of that!! You girls are helping pave the way for other girls by showing up today and doing what you did.. that in itself is an awesome accomplishment and something to be so proud to be apart of. I sure hope you all are as proud of all you did today, as we are!!”

The individual results are as follows:  Melanie Varns 10U RUNNER UP (55lbs); Brittany Mallatt 14U RUNNER UP (115lbs); Myka Morrill 8U 3rd Place (65lbs); Addison Kuda 14U 6th Place (100lbs); Brooklyn Conger 14U 6th Place (120lbs).
