The Rich Hill Tigers made the trek down to Lockwood on Tuesday, December 19. On the boys side of things, Rich Hill came into the game boasting a 7-2 record. Rich Hill had gotten off to a red hot start on season, sitting at 6-0 as they entered the Butler Tournament. At the Butler Tournament they suffered a nail bitting loss to both Butler and Adrian, both in overtime. As they traveled to Lockwood, the Rich Hill Tigers were looking to get back in the win column against a very good 7-1 Lockwood team. Lockwood’s only loss was to the Rich Hill Tigers back on December 2.

Rich Hill was able to come away with a victory, 65-56, and improve to 8-2 on the season. Lockwood sits at 7-2, with both losses coming at the hands of Rich Hill. Becker ended his night with 25 points for the Rich Hill Tigers, Coonce and Chandler each with 18.

For Ladies, the Tigers came in looking to snap a 3 game loosing streak, while Lockwood was looking to keep rolling with a 3 game win streak. In a close game, both streaks would be broken. The Rich Hill Lady Tigers would secure the narrow win with a final of 41-40.
